Coaching is a professional, goal-oriented and appreciative support for people who want to reflect on their situation and develop new perspectives. It is assumed that there are no standard solutions for situations that are perceived as problematic. It is about questioning current views together with the client, adopting new perspectives and thus increasing the options for action.
We are all integrated into different social systems and environments, including our work life, our family, friends and acquaintances, our life circumstances, our own values and beliefs.

In systemic coaching it is important to look at all of this holistically. Using a variety of interview methods and interventions, always with empathy and adjusted to the situation, clients gain new insights, unravel complex relationships and promote self-reflection and self-awareness. This enables clients to develop coherent and appropriate solutions. Clients are the experts on the change they need to make; coaches accompany, guide and structure the process. 
In a client's situation, there are issues or problems, but there is also a goal. This may be unclear in the beginning. But coaching is goal-oriented and always a temporary accompaniment - to reach the goal.
