Generell process in my Coachings
I offer individual coaching sessions virtually via video call and in person in my office in Biberach an der Riss (approx. 50km south of Ulm).
I offer coaching in English and German.
For the special offers "Outdoor Coaching" and "Enjoy-Coaching", the locations will be arranged individually. My premises and the area around Biberach are perfectly suited, but other locations such as the Swabian Alb or the near the Alpes are also very comfortable. And I am sure that we will find something close to your homebase as well.
For a very special environment, I offer coaching in selected locations in Scotland.

Each coaching process begins with a free 30-minute introductory meeting, either via video or telephone. The first step is to get to know each other. Then I would like to get to know the topic and possibly your goal. Together we will choose the right coaching offer and agree on the next steps. This will include a preliminary estimate of the number and scope of the sessions.
Each coaching session usually lasts 60-90 minutes, but we may also arrange longer sessions for special topics, the Outdoor Coaching, or the Enjoy-Coaching. This may vary from session to session.
At the end of the coaching process there will be a final meeting for reflection and come to final conclusion.

Coaching session, 60 minutes €120 for private individuals, €150 for companies
Outdoor Coaching, 60 minutes € 120 for private individuals, € 150 for companies
Enjoy-Coaching, 60 minutes € 130 for private individuals, € 160 for companies

For some groups of people (e.g. students, job seekers) I offer special rates with a 30% discount.
