In my coaching I enable self-reflection and positive self-perception. With empathy and care, I support you in analyzing your problem areas, your topics of concern or your life situation in its entirety. With this, you will see more or wider options for action and be able to identify solutions for your topics.

Leadership - develop a leadership philosophy that fits you and create a balance between the needs of your organization and your values. I will carefully guide you in the development of your new leadership role. 

 

Career - identify your skills, resources and needs in a supportive process that I accompany with empathy and recognize your career paths. Then find the important aspects and moments for your decision, the implementation of which fits you perfectly and still leaves room and time for your balance.                                                    

Changes in your organization or processes - find ways to accept and shape them for yourself and your environment. I support you in all phases with conscious listening and subtle questions.

 

New Work - take time with me to experience your perception and develop your reaction - what does Modern Working mean to you and how do you organize your daily work routine and how do you adjust your management style?

 

Blockage or perceived pressure - find out for yourself why “nothing works anymore” and then work out, with my empathic support, the next steps out of this situation. You will get to know your behavioral patterns, resources and values and learn how to use them for yourself. 

Conflicts - recognize the situation in its overall context and look carefully with me in an analyze of the underlying causes. Working with me you will develop a way of dealing with different points of view and appropriate solutions.

My Coaching-Approach in General


I work with you on your needs - whether personal or professional - in terms of change, development, value orientation and self-responsibility. I accompany you, always with care and empathy, from the description of your goal to the systemic consideration of your situation, the weighing up of all options and the identification of the solution up to the implementation. 

Depending on the goal and the situation, and taking into account your emotions, I will use appropriate interview methods and interventions that let you know and even more feel that the solution you have found is now the right one.

Our she starting point is always your need or goal, a reaction that needs to be changed, a disturbance in your well-being. But the focus is always on the future - where to go, how to be.
