Finding your own balance in life and making it sustainable is one of the biggest challenges today.

 

The world of work has changed drastically in recent years. Information is exchanged faster and faster, work processes are frequently adapted and new topics are added all the time. We are exposed to more and more obligations, offers and opportunities in both our professional and private lives.

My Focus Areas

  • Frequently annoyed, under pressure, restless ?  These are all reactions to an imbalance between relaxation and action. I help you to identify the causes and underlying factors, to work on accepting or changing them, and to find the appropriate balance again.                                                                                                   
  • No time for yourself or does you good ?  With a day or a few days away from everyday life, perceiving new surroundings with all your senses and experiencing moments of pleasure, I offer a first approach to develop a counterbalance in your life balance and to realize this in your own environment.                                                                                                                           
  • Do you feel controlled by others ?  Here it is important to find ways to live your own life again and to make a start. I help you to feel joy, to be full of energy and to take all problems in a self-determined way.

In my Balancinars I offer systemic coaching for individuals or small groups in combination with training and consulting elements. Added to this is the experience of moments of joy.

This intensive process can be experienced in full-day or multi-day events. We go to special places in the Swabian Alb, nice places close to the Alpes or do a trip to Scotland.
What they all have in common is the goal of finding an individual life balance with all its facets, such as leadership philosophy and values, stress management and change management. The first step is self-awareness and self-reflection, followed by an appreciation of one's own abilities and resources, in order to set out on the path to one's goal. I support you with individual or group coaching, consulting on leadership and management skills as well as change and stress management.
